Payment Initiation Services (PIS) web forms let an end user authorize a payment. There are five types, in two families:

`STANDING_ORDER`	IBAN-based, with optional AIS for easier account selection
`PAYMENT_WITH_ACCOUNT_ID`	Account-based
`DIRECT_DEBIT_WITH_ACCOUNT_ID`	Account-based
`STANDING_ORDER_WITH_ACCOUNT_ID`	Account-based

IBAN-based flows may run a short AIS pre-step to discover accounts, unless the bank interface supports account-agnostic PIS. SCA is identical to AIS (method-select / TAN / decoupled / redirect - see AIS flows).

Verification of Payee (VoP)

On IBAN-based payments, Verification of Payee checks that the payee name matches the account holder before the payment is authorized.
